I have been taking resveratrol for a while now, but I have to say that this is the best I have ever tried. It's 98% standardized trans resveratrol and has a lot of the other nutrients attached to resveratrol , but the purity is what sets this resveratrol supplement apart from the rest. the capsules are small and easy to swallow so I don't get any stomach issues.
